- Dr. Bill Emener
- WILLIAM G. EMENER, Ph.D. is a Distinguished Research Professor Emeritus in, and former Chair of, the Department of Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, and former Associate Dean, at USF. He was a licensed psychologist for 33 years, specializing in EAP, couples counseling, and addictions counseling. While many of Bill's publications are textbooks and professional readings, his more recent books include self-help and pop psych books and romance novels.
